Job Description: • Support ongoing needs related to international and domestic private school partners • Ensure partners have all their needs met as part of the schools standard setup and training process • Develop and maintain an understanding of customer needs, contract terms and conditions • Owns the relationship as the trusted partner with partner stakeholders Requirements: • Three (3) to Five (5) years of Educational experience • Prior experience using the Salesforce platform • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project); • Familiarity with NCAA compliance Benefits: • health benefits • retirement contributions • paid time off
