We are seeking a Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager with deep expertise in HubSpot to help us optimize our go-to-market processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This role will own the administration, optimization, and enablement of our HubSpot platform, ensuring that data, processes, and reporting are reliable and scalable to support revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Alignment: • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership to ensure cross-functional alignment. • Define and maintain end-to-end revenue processes that improve efficiency, predictability, and scalability. HubSpot Ownership • Administer and optimize HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and related integrations. • Ensure system setup, properties, workflows, sequences, and reporting meet business needs. • Maintain data hygiene and implement processes for accurate and consistent data capture. Data & Reporting • Ensure data integrity across systems, including pipeline, customer data, and forecasting. • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into performance, conversion rates, and revenue KPIs. • Deliver insights and recommendations to improve go-to-market performance. Process Optimization • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the lead-to-cash process and implement improvements. • Support territory planning, quota setting, compensation modeling, and forecasting. • Drive adoption of best practices across revenue teams. Enablement & Support • Partner with GTM leaders to support training, playbooks, and enablement efforts. • Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires into revenue systems and processes. Requirements • 3–5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related field. • Strong knowledge in HubSpot and GTM tech stack. • Excellent analytical skills and experience working with data/BI tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, etc.). • Proven ability to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
