Manage meeting logistics end-to-end, including agenda preparation, material distribution, audiovisual setup, and follow-up on action items. Coordinate hospitality and logistics for client meetings, audits, and executive visits—including catering, refreshments, and room readiness. Support the Chief of Staff and COO in executing leadership offsites, town halls, and quarterly business reviews.
