Overview We are seeking a Franchise Business Consultant to support franchise partners through coaching, training, and account management, with a strong focus on retention, service excellence, and sustainable growth. What You’ll Do • Grow revenue within existing accounts through upsells and expansions • Participate in outside sales activities and client presentations • Conduct on-site account and performance reviews • Train franchise partners on account management, upselling, and client communication • Provide ongoing coaching, accountability, and skill development • Lead joint client meetings to model best practices • Ensure service excellence, contract alignment, and retention What We’re Looking For • 3+ years in account management, outside sales, franchise consulting, or B2B services • Proven ability to grow accounts and influence performance • Strong trainer, coach, and relationship manager • High integrity, ownership mindset, and follow-through • Valid Driver’s License • Preferred, but not required - building services / janitorial background, bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English is preferred). • Proven leadership skills. • Desire to 'coach' and build teams. • Computer literacy, including internet navigation and proficiency in Google Workspace. • HubSpot and LinkedIn familiarity is a plus.
