We are a luxury dating and lifestyle platform with a global footprint of over 5 million users. We’re now scaling in the U.S., starting with New York and Los Angeles, to build local communities, drive PR and influencer campaigns, and ensure our app experience is localized for U.S. audiences. Role Overview We’re looking for a Community & Marketing Manager (United States) who is equal parts growth hacker, brand builder, and community leader. You’ll be our boots on the ground in the U.S., building the brand, growing our dating user base, and executing bold marketing activations that get people talking. This role is perfect for someone who has worked at a startup, thrives in nightlife / lifestyle / dating culture, and knows how to pull off local stunts, events, and influencer partnerships that make a brand go viral. Reports to: CEO / Head of Marketing Key Responsibilities 1. Community Growth & Localization • Build and grow our U.S. community of members in LA & NYC. • Localize app experience, ensuring tone, content, and features resonate with U.S. dating culture. • Gather and share U.S. user insights with the global product team. 2. Marketing & Brand Activation • Plan and execute buzz-worthy marketing stunts (events, guerrilla activations, nightlife partnerships). • Develop PR hooks to generate earned media in U.S. outlets. • Manage local influencer and ambassador programs to drive sign-ups. • Work with the HQ team to adapt global campaigns for the U.S. market. 3. Partnerships & Events • Forge partnerships with venues, lifestyle brands, and nightlife operators. • Organize local events, mixers, or private parties to strengthen community engagement. • Represent our brand at relevant conferences, panels, and media events. 4. Performance & Reporting • Set and track KPIs for U.S. user growth, engagement, and retention. • Report regularly on U.S. market performance, campaign impact, and opportunities. What We’re Looking For • 3-5 years experience in startup marketing, community management, or brand activation. • Strong network or experience in lifestyle, nightlife, or dating / social apps. • Proven ability to create and execute PR-worthy stunts or local campaigns. • Comfortable being hands-on: one day meeting influencers, next day managing an event. • Excellent communication skills and ability to represent our brand to press and partners. • A self-starter who thrives in autonomy and can deliver growth with limited resources. • Experience in livestreaming or dating apps is a huge bonus.
