Project Supervisor Rate of pay: $21.00 1st 2nd or 3rd shift 6:00 am-2:30 pm Mon-Sat 2:00 pm-10:30 pm Mon-Sat 10:00 pm-6:30 am Sun-Fri Travel required to local customer sites in the Kansas City region • Shift hours could vary depending on need to be flexible. Can be called on back end or front end of shifts. • Possible to work 5-6 days a week right now Project Supervisors are responsible for project set up, managing customer deliverables and team member expectations and general supervision. Ongoing training with team to maintain consistent work and communication with customers and employees. Project Supervisors travel to the manufacturing plants, where the parts are being made or the warehouses where the parts are being stored to supervise our teams of quality inspectors. Project Supervisors create an atmosphere where the individual is recognized and foster an environment for employee growth. Project Supervisors work together with their teams and customers to solve problems.
