Summary of Responsibilities Project Manager – Detroit Metro & Madison Heights Warehouse Location: Detroit Metro Area, MIPrimary Site: Madison Heights WarehouseSalary: $55k-$60k annually + Monthly Car AllowanceExtras: Company credit card, cell phone, laptop About the Role The Project Manager is a key operational leader responsible for overseeing customer-facing projects throughout the Detroit Metro area while also managing operations at the Madison Heights warehouse. This role owns execution, quality, productivity, and profitability across the assigned region. You’ll also gain hands-on exposure to new and evolving technology platforms that support our operational excellence. Essential Job Function Key Responsibilities Plan and lead the setup of new projects, including physical layout, material handling, and staffing Serve as the primary point of contact for customer relationships within the assigned region Implement, monitor, and continuously improve project quality processes Develop and launch new customers, locations, and services Review projects to ensure best practices are understood and applied at all levels Monitor profit margins, labor efficiency, and productivity metrics Train and educate Project Supervisors on procedures and company policies Ensure all teams operate according to company and customer requirements Learn, adopt, and work with Stratosphere Quality’s newest technology platforms Oversee operations across local and national customer sites Qualifications Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience required 5+ years of manufacturing experience in a QS/ISO environment 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role Experience managing customer and employee relations Ability to work flexible hours based on business needs Willingness to travel locally and nationally as required Top Reasons to Work for Stratosphere Quality Training PTO accrual starting Day One Medical, Life Insurance & 401(k) Advancement opportunities after 90 days Referral bonus – $200 per referral SQ Rocs & President’s Club recognition Shutdown Savings Program Reimbursement Program New Technology Platforms & Tools Travel Opportunities – customer sites from coast to coast
