The Operations Manager serves as a key leader within an assigned regional territory and holds primary responsibility for all financial, operational, and logistical functions within that region. This role ensures the successful launch, execution, and completion of sorting and inspection projects while supporting customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities. You will be instrumental in building strong partnerships with both new and existing customers, ensuring project success, and maintaining operational excellence across all locations. Duties and Responsibilities Oversee financial management and planning for territorial project costs, including utilization rates. Ensure all training programs and project documentation are accurate, complete, and compliant with company standards. Review all paperwork and materials prepared for customers. Monitor receiving and shipping activities at project locations to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Facilitate facility tours and customer visits as needed. Document and report customer complaints promptly and accurately. Review ongoing projects to verify that best practices are implemented, understood, and effectively applied at all levels. Assist in developing company procedures and advocate for consistent compliance. Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the project team. Manage location teams and administrative staff, ensuring performance, accountability, and adherence to company processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience. Strong organizational skills with the ability to establish, implement, monitor, and revise projects effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to travel on short notice as required. Minimum of five years’ experience managing and supervising both salaried and hourly personnel. Working knowledge of corporate budgeting principles and financial management processes. Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office Professional.
