They are expanding their design team and are looking for meticulous and highly skilled CAD Drafters/Detailers to transform standardized engineering concepts into detailed, production-ready drawings.The RoleAs a CAD Drafter/Detailer, you will play a critical role in the design process. You will be responsible for taking existing, standardized engineering drawings and specifications, and detailing them out into comprehensive, finalized drawing packages used for manufacturing, assembly, and quality inspection. Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate standardized and conceptual designs into complete, detailed 2D manufacturing drawings.Apply and ensure adherence to geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) standards.Create and revise assembly drawings, part drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).Collaborate with design engineers to ensure drawings accurately reflect design intent and are manufacturable.Maintain document control and organization within the established CAD environment.Required QualificationsProven proficiency in 2D drafting and detailing practices.Strong expertise and hands-on experience using Siemens NX (Unigraphics) for drafting and drawing creation.In-depth understanding of engineering standards, drawing conventions, and technical specifications.Excellent organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications (Desirable, not Essential)Previous experience in drafting designs or technical drawings specifically for aviation or aerospace applications.Familiarity with airframe, component, or systems drawing standards and procedures.
