Position Overview The Ad Ops Campaign Manager is a core member of the team responsible for launching, managing, and optimizing programmatic campaigns across CTV, video, display channels. This role requires technical precision, strong collaboration, and a focus on data-driven performance. You'll work hands-on in leading Demand Side Platforms (DSP) to activate campaigns and ensure they deliver against client KPIs. Ideal candidates bring tactical DSP experience, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to navigate in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and accountability. What You'll Be Doing Strategic Execution & Campaign Support • Own the day-to-day execution, pacing, and optimization of programmatic campaigns with a focus on KPI delivery and inventory integrity. • Collaborate with Account Management and Sales on campaign setup, targeting strategies, and audience segmentation. • Leverage various inventory sources-including open exchange, PMPs, and PGs-for efficient and effective delivery. • Apply 1st, 2nd and 3rd-party data segments to reach defined audiences and support campaign goals Platform & Technical Operations • Execute campaigns in platforms such as The Trade Desk, DV360, and Amazon DSP • Troubleshoot platform, creative, or tracking issues including VAST tags, attribution discrepancies, or underdelivery • Support QA processes and fulfillment standards to ensure accurate campaign launches • Analyze inventory and supplier performance, recommending optimizations and updates as needed Performance Monitoring & Reporting • Monitor daily pacing, delivery, and performance using DSP dashboards and internal tools • Provide recurring and ad hoc reporting and analysis to Account Management and Sales, highlighting key insights and optimization recommendations • Participate in campaign review discussions to share results and learning opportunities Process & Development • Follow internal documentation and workflow systems for campaign setup, optimization, and troubleshooting • Engage in team learning opportunities and contribute to internal documentation and playbooks • Stay informed on platform updates, industry trends, and CTV innovations • Actively pursue certifications in platforms like The Trade Desk, Google Ads, or IAB Qualifications • 1-3 years of programmatic campaign management experience in a DSP environment • Hands-on media buying experience preferred; Familiarity with The TradeDesk, DV360, Amazon DSP, or Walmart DSP is a plus. • Experience with CTV/OTT preferred; knowledge of display and video tactics also valuable • Strong analytical skills with fluency in Excel/Sheets (pivots, lookups). • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. • Proactive communicator with a collaborative mindset • Comfortable working independently and as part of a cross-functional team. • Adaptable to change and energized by learning; embraces a "yes and" mindset. • Certifications in The TradeDesk, DV360, Amazon DSP, Walmart DSP, Google Analytics, or related platforms encouraged.
