We are seeking a Commercial Janitorial Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment in the job sites provided to you. The hours are part-time, with the possibility of getting more hours per applicant's interest and requirements. Responsibilities: • Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition • Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors • Perform routine maintenance tasks • Organize custodial closets and spaces • Maintain working conditions of cleaning equipment Qualifications: • Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields • Ability to handle physical workload • Strong attention to detail • Strong organizational skills Job Type: Part-time Pay: $16.00-17.00 per hour Benefits: Dental, Vision, and primary care benefits.
