Role Overview: As a Sr Field Services Support professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless installation, configuration, and maintenance of communication systems and electronic equipment. Your expertise will support our clients in Greenwood, SC, and surrounding areas, helping to maintain operational excellence and system reliability. What You'll Do: - You will install, configure, and maintain communication systems, servers, workstations, and related electronic equipment. - You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site to minimize downtime and ensure system functionality. - You will perform routine maintenance and servicing to prevent equipment failures and extend system life. - You will collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs and provide tailored support solutions. - You will document service activities, configurations, and repairs accurately for future reference. - You will coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems. - You will ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all service activities. - You will stay updated on the latest technology trends and product developments relevant to your role. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in field services support or a related technical role. - Strong knowledge of communication systems, servers, workstations, and electronic equipment. - Proficiency in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of technical systems. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in the field. - Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients. - Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Greenwood, SC area. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with network infrastructure and security protocols. - Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or equivalent. - Familiarity with remote diagnostic tools and software. - Previous experience working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
