Role Overview: As a Sr Field Services Support professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless installation, configuration, and maintenance of communication systems and electronic equipment. You will work closely with clients in the Greenwood, SC area to provide expert technical support and ensure optimal system performance. What You'll Do: - You will install, configure, and maintain communication systems, servers, workstations, and related electronic equipment. - You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site to minimize downtime and ensure client satisfaction. - You will perform routine maintenance and servicing of hardware and software components. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system upgrades and deployments. - You will document service activities, configurations, and repairs accurately. - You will provide training and technical guidance to clients and junior staff. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards during all service activities. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in field services support or a related technical role. - Strong knowledge of communication systems, servers, and workstation hardware. - Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electronic and network equipment. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in the field. - Strong communication and customer service skills. - Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Greenwood, SC area. Bonus Points If You Have: - Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or equivalent. - Experience with VoIP systems and network infrastructure. - Familiarity with electronic security systems and protocols. - Previous experience in a client-facing technical support role.
