Role Overview: As a Sr Field Services Support professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless installation, configuration, and maintenance of communication systems and electronic equipment. Your expertise will support our clients in Greenwood, SC, and surrounding areas, helping to maintain operational efficiency and system reliability. What You'll Do: - You will install, configure, and maintain communication systems, servers, workstations, and related electronic equipment. - You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site to minimize downtime and ensure client satisfaction. - You will perform routine maintenance and servicing to optimize system performance. - You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand technical requirements and provide tailored solutions. - You will document service activities, configurations, and repairs accurately. - You will ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all service activities. - You will provide training and support to clients on system usage and best practices. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in field services support or a related technical role. - Strong knowledge of communication systems, servers, and electronic equipment. - Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls efficiently. - Strong communication and customer service skills. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with network configuration and security protocols. - Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or equivalent. - Familiarity with Greenwood, SC area and local client base. - Experience in training or mentoring junior technicians.
