What You'll Do: - You will install, configure, and maintain communication systems, servers, workstations, and related electronic equipment. - You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site to minimize downtime and ensure system functionality. - You will perform routine maintenance and servicing to optimize system performance. - You will collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs and provide tailored support. - You will document service activities, configurations, and repairs accurately. - You will coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems. - You will ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all service activities. - You will stay updated on the latest technology trends and product developments relevant to your role. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in field services support or a related technical role. - Strong knowledge of communication systems, servers, and workstation hardware. - Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electronic and communication equipment. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in the field. - Strong communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients. - Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Greenwood, SC area. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with network configuration and security protocols. - Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or equivalent. - Familiarity with server operating systems like Windows Server or Linux. - Previous experience working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
