Role Overview: As a Sr Field Services Support professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless installation, configuration, and maintenance of communication systems and electronic equipment. Your expertise will support our clients in Greenwood, SC, and surrounding areas, helping to maintain operational efficiency and system reliability. What You'll Do: - You will install, configure, and maintain communication systems, servers, workstations, and related electronic equipment. - You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site to minimize downtime and ensure client satisfaction. - You will perform routine maintenance and servicing to optimize system performance. - You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand technical requirements and provide tailored solutions. - You will document service activities, configurations, and repairs accurately. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards during all service activities. - You will provide training and support to clients on system usage and best practices. - You will stay updated on the latest technology trends and product developments relevant to your role. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in field services support or a related technical role. - Strong knowledge of communication systems, servers, workstations, and electronic equipment. - Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. - Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls efficiently. - Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Greenwood, SC area. Bonus Points If You Have: - Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or equivalent. - Experience with VoIP systems and network infrastructure. - Familiarity with electronic system installation and repair. - Prior experience working in a fast-paced field service environment.
