Role Overview: As a Senior Field Services Support professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of client systems in the North of Boston area. This position requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, while providing excellent customer service. What You'll Do: - You will provide on-site technical support and maintenance for client systems in the field. - You will troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently. - You will collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex problems. - You will document service activities and maintain accurate records. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. - You will communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide timely updates. - You will assist in training junior staff and sharing best practices. What You Bring: - You have at least 5 years of experience in field services or technical support roles. - You possess strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking fundamentals. - You have excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - You are comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks. - You hold a valid driver’s license and are willing to travel within the North Boston area. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with specific industry-related technologies or systems. - Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar. - Prior experience in a customer-facing technical support role. - Familiarity with safety protocols and compliance standards.
