Job Title: Sr Field Services Support Company Overview: Strategic Systems is a leading provider of innovative technology solutions, specializing in delivering exceptional field services and support to clients across various industries. Role Overview: As a Senior Field Services Support professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of client systems in the North of Boston area. You will be the primary point of contact for technical support, troubleshooting, and on-site service delivery, helping to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and operational efficiency. What You'll Do: - You will provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for field service operations. - You will coordinate and execute on-site service visits to resolve client issues promptly. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of technical problems. - You will document service activities and maintain accurate records of client interactions. - You will assist in training and mentoring junior field service staff. - You will monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability. - You will manage client communications to ensure clear and effective information exchange. - You will support the implementation of new technologies and upgrades in the field. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in field services support or a related technical role. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a technical background. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple service requests efficiently. - Proficiency with field service management software and technical documentation. - Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the North of Boston area. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with network systems and hardware support. - Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent. - Background in training or mentoring technical staff. - Familiarity with emerging technologies and field service automation tools.
