You will be the primary point of contact for technical support and field service activities, driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence. What You'll Do: - You will provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for field service operations. - You will coordinate and execute on-site service calls and maintenance tasks. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues. - You will document service activities and maintain accurate records. - You will assist in training and mentoring junior field service staff. - You will ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all field operations. - You will communicate effectively with clients to understand and address their needs. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the field services team. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in field services support or a related technical role. - Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the North Boston area. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with network systems and infrastructure support. - Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent. - Previous experience in a customer-facing technical support role. - Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
