Role Overview: As a Senior Field Services Support professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of client systems in the North of Boston area. You will be the primary point of contact for technical support, troubleshooting, and on-site service delivery, helping to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and system reliability. What You'll Do: - You will provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for field service operations. - You will coordinate and execute on-site service visits to diagnose and resolve system issues. - You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and effective problem resolution. - You will document service activities and maintain accurate records of client interactions. - You will assist in training and mentoring junior field service staff. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery. - You will manage service schedules and prioritize tasks to meet client needs. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards during all field operations. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in field services support or a related technical role. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a technical background. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency with service management software and technical documentation. - Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the North of Boston area. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with network systems and hardware support. - Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent. - Previous experience in a senior or lead field service role. - Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in field operations.
