Role Overview: As a Senior Field Services Support professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of client systems in the North of Boston area. This position requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, while providing excellent customer service. What You'll Do: - You will provide on-site technical support and maintenance for client systems in the North of Boston area. - You will troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently to minimize downtime. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades and improvements. - You will document service activities and maintain accurate records of support cases. - You will communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide timely solutions. - You will assist in training junior field service technicians and share best practices. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards during all service activities. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in field services support or a related technical role. - Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking fundamentals. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members. - Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the North of Boston area. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with specific industry-standard tools and diagnostic equipment. - Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent. - Background in training or mentoring junior staff. - Familiarity with cloud-based systems and remote support technologies.
