Location: Detroit, MI - In office (Tue, Wed, Thu) Duration: 12 months then eligible for Contract renewal Overview • This role serves as the primary point of contact for excavator escalations and staking vendor performance management. The role will coordinate report to the electric staking team and partners closely with the Distribution Operations team to resolve urgent field issues, maintain performance metrics, strengthen safe work practices, and deliver forecasting and regulatory-ready reporting that supports operational decisions and continuous improvement Responsibilities • Own excavator escalations end-to-end via phone and email, ensuring timely intake, documentation, and resolution • Represent the Staking team and work with the Distribution Operations teams to resolve urgent locating/staking issues and coordinate next steps with staking vendors • Maintain and report staking vendor performance metrics; monitor trends and performance outcomes • Prepare the monthly unbilledliability report • Develop financial and unit forecasts to support planning and vendor oversight • Build regulatory-ready slides/updates and recurring performance summaries • Make operational decisions xywuqvp that drive innovation and efficiency while promoting a strong safety culture with vendors and partners Working Conditions (Hybrid) • Be able to work from office Tuesdays through Thursdays and work remote Mondays and Fridays.
