Job Description Infrastructure Analyst Location: Charlotte NC 28262 Duration: 12 months Pay: $45/hr W2 ONLY, NO C2C Top skills: ***Experience with NIST security minded approach to their work. NERC CIP data handling is a major plus. Scripting (powershell, javascript, SQL, shellscript) Experience deploying automated installs BigFix RPA- specifically Tungsten but also open to other Robotic Process Automation tools Microsoft SQL Description: Provide enterprise level support of IT infrastructure technologies needed for critical business' operations applications, such as SCADA Systems and Control Center operations, under regulatory compliance requirements (NERC CIP and TSA) and specific Cybersecurity Standards. These technologies include, but are not limited to automation platforms, workstations, physical and virtual servers, storage, remote access functionality, and a variety of operations and business critical software solutions. Integrate software to enable usage, support, monitoring, cybersecurity and regulatory compliance of various hardware and software technologies. Develop and maintain routine work procedures and define standard installation and upgrade methodologies. Responsibilities may include evaluation, acquisition, installation, integration testing, upgrading components and performance monitoring. Serve as a key member for the Automation Data Management and Integration team. Assisting with delivering and managing critical infrastructure using automation. The focus would be on working with each team supporting critical infrastructure to assist them in identifying areas where automation can help them in meeting their own goals. 4+ years in systems infrastructure including experience in scripting, building, testing and deploying automated installs Experience creating custom scripts to drive software installs, software uninstalls and custom BigFix Tasks/Fixlets Familiarity with PowerShell, JavaScript, and shell script Experience with Robotic Process Automation tools (Tungsten RPA is what they use, UiPath is fine, Microsoft Power Automate not as preferred due to it being in the cloud) Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Ability to thoroughly document work processes, communicate, and adhere to written processes. Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong inter-personal skills (listening, conflict management, approachability, negotiations). Able to work cohesively within a team environment, both onsite and remotely. Must have the able to work independently without direct onsite supervision.
