With warehouse facilities in several states and service reps covering all regions of the country, there isn't a retail location we can't service. Duties and Responsibilities: • Coordinate and manage all aspects of international freight forwarding, including ocean, air, and ground transportation. • Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs regulations, including classification, documentation, and entry procedures. • Develop and maintain relationships with direct carriers, negotiating rates and service agreements. • Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any transportation-related issues. • Collaborate with internal teams, customs brokers, carriers, and external partners to ensure smooth cargo movement. • Analyze logistics data to improve routing, transit times, and cost efficiency. • Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation, reports, and records. • Maintain data accuracy and integrity between systems. The gross salary range is $50,000 - $65,000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. • Minimum of three years of experience in international freight forwarding or related logistics roles. • Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and import/export compliance. • Knowledge of HTS classifications • Knowledge of Incoterms • Experience working with direct carrier contracts and rate negotiations. • Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Experience with HTS classifications and knowledge of Incoterms, preferred. • Experience with global trade compliance software and ERP systems, preferred.
