Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, proven high-volume healthcare recruiting experience, strong healthcare role knowledge, excellent communication, organizational and customer service skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

SRI is seeking an experienced and proactive Temporary Healthcare Recruiter to join our team immediately. Overview: The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process identifying top healthcare professionals to join SRI. This position requires use of personal equipment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Contact applicants within SRI's Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) systems and databases seeking positions with SRI. • Use SRI’s proprietary applicant database to download and/or input applicant's information, and to track and update their application status. • Review applicant's resume, application, and certifications to determine minimum qualifications. • Create and maintain applicant files throughout the applicant intake process. • Establish rapport with applicants and provide assistance in submitting the required documents needed to be considered for employment. • Use national and niche resume database search engines to recruit qualified applicants. • Generate daily and weekly reports from ATS for Recruitment Manager, Project Manager, and Regional Coordinators that identify "real-time" applicant status. • Work with other SRI departments and/or offices to successfully complete the applicant intake process. • Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. • Proven experience as a high-volume healthcare recruiter. • Strong understanding of healthcare roles and qualifications. Skills/Abilities/Licenses/Certifications: • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Excellent organizational skills and be able to work in a structured environment • Must be focused on a task and be able to meet daily and/or weekly goals and targets • Detailed and process-oriented with an ability to multi-task and communicate with all levels of customers and clients. • Must possess excellent customer service skills and have a proven track record in working in a team environment. • Must have a proficient level of experience using Microsoft Office products to include Excel and MS Word This job description is intended to outline the general nature and level of work being performed.
