Brief Overview of Position: Strategic Operational Solutions, Inc. (STOPSO) is seeking an experienced leader for the role of Program Manager, serving a military customer. The Program Manager serves as the primary liaison between the customer and the contracting company's management, ensuring seamless coordination, oversight, and execution of contract workforce operations. This role requires strategic planning, resource management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication to align program objectives with the customer's mission priorities. The Program Manager is responsible for the successful execution of multiple interrelated projects while adhering to contractual requirements, performance standards, and operational policies. Required Qualifications, Education, Experience, and Certifications: An active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) A minimum of five years of relevant experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing a DoD Information Technology program An ITIL Intermediate Level Certification Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level III Preferred Experience, Skills, and Qualifications: An active PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certification Experience managing, as a PM, a Federal Government IT project and providing CSI, and providing managed services to an Enterprise Network A relevant educational degree
