Brief Overview of Position: Strategic Operational Solutions, Inc. (STOPSO) seeks a Computer and Information Systems Manager to lead teams delivering advanced IT program and service management, including oversight of all technical, security, and operational functions. Responsible for ensuring Military Customer requirements, process improvement, reporting, and customer interface standards are achieved. Required Qualifications, Education, Experience, and Certifications: Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related 8+ years IT management/leadership experience Security Clearance Requirement Active Secret security clearance or higher. Top Secret Preferred Preferred Experience, Skills, and Qualifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Cybersecurity Practitioner (CSP), ITIL Foundation (v3/v4), ITL-OSA strongly preferred DoW or Federal IT program management experience Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
