Job Title: UKG WFM Pro Lead Analyst Location: REMOTE USA TOP SKILLS: • This person will need to have strong leadership skills and be able to dive right in with minimal instruction and direction. They will need to take the lead and partner with multiple teams. The manager doesn't have the bandwidth to provide a lot of training, so they will need a "go-getter" who is experienced and knows what needs to be done. • This is a contract role that will be needed through the end of the current fiscal, with possibility to extend. Initial contract approx. 4 months. • Remote is accepted for this role • This role falls within Associate Technology and reports to Engineering Manager - MyTime, ELMS, Azure HR What You'll Do The UKG WFM Pro Lead Analyst will play a key role in delivering critical MyTime Projects in FY2025. This role will focus on leading integrations between UKG WFM Pro (UKG Pro) and internal/external systems, supporting the design and implementation of new solutions, and ensuring seamless data flows that power enterprise initiatives, including AI/ML programs and Sage. The Lead Analyst will act as both a technical consultant and solution designer, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams to deliver scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions. Required Qualifications • Proven expertise in UKG WFM Pro (UKG Pro) with hands-on functional and technical experience • Strong knowledge of API development, integration design, and troubleshooting • Experience working with Azure/Databricks or similar middleware/integration platforms • Ability to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and efficient solutions • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders (product, project management, vendors, etc.) • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in complex environments • Exposure to AI/ML initiatives, particularly integration WFM/HR data into advanced analytics pipelines.
