Job Description Work hours (ex. 9am-5pm day/night shifts rotating shifts etc)? 8am - 5pm HST, PST, MST, EST but willing to meet with customer during HST working hours as needed • Defining work strategies, aligning these with resources and desired client outcomes, and overseeing planning and execution of the large scale implementation. • Anticipating issues and acting proactively to address potential issues. • Gathering and updating deliverables, project materials, project documentation, business flows, and lessons learned documents • Speaking about details of the project to both the business and technical teams, including clients • Managing cross-functional interdependencies. • Improving processes to optimize performance and value over time. • Providing proactive risk management and issue/problem resolution as required. • Ensuring technology solutions are managed to support business strategies, often working with senior management. • Directing the integration of technical aspects of all related projects/programs. • Conducting analyses, needs assessments, and cost/benefit assessments. • Monitoring financials to ensure budget compliance. • Representing project status to client and Optum leadership. • Addressing project challenges with key client personnel and within Optum.
