Please note; this role is in Horsham, PA! We are looking for a Accounting Manager to join our team! This is a full-time hybrid role. The Accounting Manager will oversee the accounting department functions with a focus on ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of financial statements for the organization and serves as a team leader within the department. Salary range 100K to 110K with Bonus potential. Responsibilities: • Prepare various financial reporting packages for the business. • Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships. • Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end • Reviews budget reports and assists in budget preparation. • Complies with local, state, and federal government requirements. • Identifies and recommends updates to accounting processes and procedures. • Performs other related duties as assigned. ​Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required • 5 years experience in Accounting • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP • Experience with ERP and reporting tools • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel (VLookups/Pivot Tables) Company DescriptionSTRATA Skin Sciences is a medical technology company dedicated to developing, commercializing and marketing innovative products for the in-office treatment of various dermatologic conditions such as psoriasis, vitiligo, and acne.
