Our client are a PE backed leader in advanced manufacturing and technology, and we’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to own and drive their most critical construction and facility development initiatives. This is not just a project management role—it’s an operational leadership position. You will be the command center for new facilities, major expansions, production relocations, and technology transitions, ensuring every project aligns precisely with their aggressive growth trajectory. What You’ll Do: • Be the Strategic Owner: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for multi-million-dollar capital projects, defining scope, critical path, and deliverables that support business objectives. • Drive Discipline & Execution: Establish, monitor, and enforce detailed project schedules. Proactively identify risks, manage dependencies, and implement contingency plans to keep projects on track. • Be the Central Hub: Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, executive leadership, and external partners. Facilitate alignment, drive accountability, and ensure seamless communication at all levels. • Ensure Operational Readiness: Oversee project phases from commissioning to start-up, ensuring facilities are launched on time, on budget, and with minimal disruption to production. • Uphold Excellence: Implement strong governance and change management processes. Guarantee all projects meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. What You Bring: • A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. A Master’s or PMP/PE/CCM is a strong plus. • 5-7+ years of progressive experience managing large-scale construction or capital projects in manufacturing, industrial, or heavy technology environments. • A proven portfolio of successfully leading complex projects from concept to completion, with expert-level skill in timeline, budget, and cross-functional team management. • Deep proficiency in project scheduling tools (MS Project, Smartsheet) and advanced reporting skills. • Outstanding communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex details into clear, actionable insights. • A working knowledge of OSHA, permitting, and facility compliance standards.
