Are you looking for a position that allows you to use a multitude of skills with room for advancement? Our busy rapidly expanding dental office in Crofton, MD is seeking a well-organized, professional team player to join our front desk team, full time! Prior dental office front desk administrator experience is a plus. Bilingual ( English and Spanish) is a plus! Our Ideal Office Administrator Candidate will possess the following attributes:· • Maintain a high level of customer service at all times • Bilingual ( English and Spanish) is a plus but not a must • Working knowledge of dental terminology and productive scheduling procedures • Experience with fee for service dental practices is a plus • Experience with PPO dental insurance plans • Working knowledge of productive scheduling procedures • Desire to be evaluated by results and motivated to make production goals • Proficient in presenting treatment plans and payment options to patients • Capable of having a smiling face all day • Must be flexible timewise • Be mature, punctual, friendly, reliable and a TEAM PLAYER! • Excellent communication skills • Independent self starter • Be able to demonstrate organization skills • Be willing to participate in training to improve skills (communication, scheduling, case acceptance, leadership and management efficiency) • Maintain a clean and professional office environment • Assist doctor with presenting and/or explaining treatment plans, arranging patient financials per standard operating procedures • Be familiar and have a working knowledge of Dental practice management software is a plus • Salary: Negotiable Job Type: Full-time Experience: • Dental office: 1 year (Preferred) Company DescriptionEstablished yet growing dental practice!
