Chief Sales Officer (CSO) Location: Remote | Type: Full-Time | Reports to: CEO Overview We are seeking a Chief Sales Officer to drive enterprise-wide revenue across multiple channels, including B2B enterprise, indirect/franchise, and regional centers of excellence. Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive will define and execute a global sales strategy, oversee P&L performance, and lead high-performing sales teams. Responsibilities • Develop and implement an integrated global sales strategy across direct, indirect, and regional sales channels. • Own budgets, quotas, and P&L performance while ensuring sustainable revenue growth. • Lead, recruit, and develop international and domestic sales teams. • Partner with cross-functional leaders (marketing, product, finance, operations) to align strategy and execution. • Strengthen indirect channel performance through programs, training, and support. • Leverage data and insights to optimize sales outcomes and ROI. • Provide regular performance reporting and strategic updates to the CEO and executive team.
