Full Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to develop, manage, and maintain construction schedules across multiple long-term industrial and infrastructure projects. This role is highly collaborative, supporting project managers, estimators, and engineering teams by driving schedule strategy, risk awareness, and project execution alignment. Responsibilities • Develop baseline project schedules using Primavera P6 • Build front-end schedules before project teams are assigned • Create and maintain critical path schedules and conduct schedule analyses • Perform time impact studies and evaluate schedule delays • Support estimating teams with preliminary schedules and logic • Update and maintain weekly/monthly schedule reporting • Coordinate transition of schedules to site-level project schedulers • Partner with engineers and project managers to ensure schedule accuracy • Track progress against baseline and identify schedule risks • Produce look-ahead reports, dashboards, and schedule forecasts • Support internal project controls procedures and documentation • Contribute to development of scheduling standards and best practices Requirements • Strong experience building schedules from scratch in Primavera P6 • Hands-on scheduling experience supporting construction/industrial/infrastructure work • Ability to develop logic ties, WBS structures, and resource-loaded schedules • Experience performing critical path and time impact analysis • Strong communication skills supporting engineers, PMs, and field leadership • Bachelor’s degree preferred OR equivalent industry experience
