Technical Sales and Business Development Representative (Stora Enso North American Sales, LLC; Alpharetta, GA): Generate leads and provide tailored training sessions for potential clients to educate them on the company’s wood-based products. Provide support to early projects with existing customers and introduce latest in wood-based product development and new product and provide best solutions. Provide feedback to R&D on the market pains and what new products are required by customers & stakeholders. Handle all meeting reports and new project opportunities by using CRM. Negotiate offers both internally and externally to close the sale and win the order. Specify discounts for certain key projects & flexible approach to win key projects for Stora Enso. Receive order files and check for compatibility for the production. Provide customer support in claims for damages and incorrect panels, late deliveries and act as a link between the client and Quality team. 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.). The salary range is $85,197 - $170,500 per year. The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, & work location. #LI-DNI Bonus: Individuals in this position may be paid a discretionary bonus, depending on company’s result. Of the required experience, must have 1 years of experience with the following: Sales and Business Development in building and construction; Mass timber products and Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT); Customer Relationship Management (CRM); CAD work & Building Information Modeling (BIM); Working with US national building codes; Performing scheme designs, preliminary structural calculations, 3D CAD models, quantity take-offs and feasibility studies; Building regulations and design process; Mass timber literature, data, and industry reports; Sustainability and carbon calculations; Site logistics, installation methods, and program times; Contracts and contract interpretation; Offer Technical Services (OTS), Technik, and Logistics process; and Customer Service Center (CSC) process. Telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S. may be permitted up to 5 days per week, depending on business need and when not travelling for business purposes. Travel to various locations throughout the US required up to 50%.
