What will you do? • A penchant for business development, working out of your own office, you’ll meet & engage new and repeat customers in your territory; assessing their needs, you will provide a truly consultative Stonhard solution. • Targeted industries and customers include Federal and Government accounts, building relationships with decision makers through sales calls and bid processes • Customer sales calls include a mix of existing/repeat business along with prospecting for new customers and projects. • Closely work with your manager to meet & exceed sales goals. • Successful candidates will have experience working with the General Services Administration (GSA) Schedule. • Participate in overseeing the successful delivery of product installation, ensuring optimum customer satisfaction. Project management responsibilities include ensuring raw materials are on site, construction crews have everything they need and troubleshooting any installation issues that may come up. • Full turn-key operation ensures a smooth install and helps secure next project in another area or building. • Will participate in an enriching training process spanning over two years, traveling to our headquarters for pre-planned, scheduled training(s). Base Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 Uncapped Commission potential (First 2 years average): approx. $15,000 - $40,000 Supplemental Pay Types: Uncapped Commission Pay, Bonus Pay, car allowance, expenses Benefits: 401k w/ company match after 6 months, Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, flexible schedule, life insurance, tuition reimbursement These ranges are an estimate based on potential employee qualification operations, needs and other considerations permitted by law. What is required? • Experience in B2B, end user sales; construction, commercial or industrial is preferred. • Experience selling into Federal and Government Accounts preferred • Knowledge of General Services Administration (GSA) preferred • Proven Success in Business Development and Project management; interacting at all levels. • Strong capacity to learn a new industry. • High degree of initiative, mature judgment, and self-motivation.
