The Opportunity As the company continues to expand, they are seeking a high-performing Director of Franchise Recruitment to accelerate franchise growth across the United States. This position is ideal for a candidate who: • Is a relationship-driven sales professional • Thrives in a consultative, multi-step franchise discovery process • Has a proven track record in franchise development • Understands the nuances of franchise brokerage networks • And operates effortlessly in a remote, autonomous environment You will manage the full lifecycle of franchise recruitment — from lead qualification and discovery calls to candidate coaching, pipeline management, funding pathway support, and awarding successful new franchisees. The organization relies heavily on both direct referral networks and franchise broker relationships. A strong networker with experience navigating these channels will excel here. This is a remote position, with periodic travel to franchise expos, industry events, and key networking opportunities. Position Description • Lead the full franchise recruitment cycle, guiding candidates from first inquiry through to awarded agreements. • Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise brokers, consultants, and referral partners. • Develop and execute an annual Individual Recruiting Plan (IRP) with clear goals, activities, and metrics. • Qualify candidates based on financial readiness, operational aptitude, and cultural fit. • Educate candidates on the franchise model, expectations, and support systems. • Act as teacher, consultant, coach, and project manager, ensuring a smooth and informative discovery process. • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting within CRM/ERP platforms. • Stay current on FTC regulations, industry benchmarks, and franchise development standards. • Support strategic growth initiatives and represent the brand at select trade shows or franchise events. • Collaborate with leadership on franchise development strategies and process improvements. Qualifications • Documented success in franchise development, franchise sales, or franchise recruitment. • Hands-on experience working with franchise brokers, coaches, and consulting networks. • Prior franchise or small-business ownership experience (highly preferred). • Strong understanding of small-business funding pathways (SBA, conventional, LOC, HELOC, ROBS, etc.). • Deep familiarity with the franchise development community and compliance frameworks. • Comfort operating in a high-activity, relationship-driven sales environment. • Tech-savvy with mastery of CRM/ERP platforms and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams). • Commitment to professional growth and continuous improvement. • Willingness to travel occasionally (approx. 25%). • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
