We’re looking for a dedicated Post-Sales Specialist to join our team and help ensure our customers receive outstanding service after their purchase. Key Responsibilities: • Vendor Coordination: Call and follow up with our suppliers to confirm shipping times and handle any logistical issues. • Claims and Replacements: Manage the process of placing claims for damaged or missing items and arrange for replacement orders. • Add-On Orders: Facilitate any additional orders clients may need after the initial purchase. • Client Follow-Up: Stay in touch with customers to provide updates on their estimated delivery timelines and ensure they’re informed every step of the way. • Field Work: Occasionally assist with on-site tasks such as helping with deliveries or checking on project progress in the field. Qualifications: • Strong communication and follow-up skills. • Experience in customer service, logistics, or a related field is a plus. • Comfort with occasionally performing light physical tasks (like assisting with deliveries on-site). • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
