Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting/Admin Assistant to join our team. This role provides essential support in managing administrative tasks, accounting functions, and customer service responsibilities. Duties • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks • Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, billing, and expense tracking • Support office management activities including filing, proofreading documents, and organizing files • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries via phone or email and supporting client needs • Schedule appointments and manage calendar appointments for staff or executives • Support personal assistant duties such as travel arrangements or correspondence management • Maintain organization of office supplies and ensure the smooth operation of daily administrative functions • Assist with medical or dental receptionist duties if applicable, including patient check-in/out and appointment scheduling Experience • Prior office experience with strong clerical skills is preferred • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is highly desirable • Proven ability to manage multi-line phone systems and demonstrate excellent phone etiquette • Bilingual proficiency is a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients or patients • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry tasks • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently • Experience in customer service roles demonstrating professionalism and effective communication skills • Personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist experience is advantageous but not required • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $100.00 per hour Work Location: In person
