Candidates should have over 8 years of experience, preferably with payroll certification and experience processing payroll for over 5,000 employees. A strong understanding of compliance, technical payroll skills, and proficiency in Excel are essential.

About the Role As the Payroll Analyst, you will perform all activities necessary to process bi-weekly payrolls, maintaining related records, documenting and updating procedures and preparing special reports for various business partners. Support the People & Culture Business Partners and Warehouse Managers in enhancing the Company’s existing payroll procedures and internal controls and seek opportunities to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with various organizations within the Company to support the payroll process and to drive efficiencies and accuracy. Manage quarterly RSU equity processing Perform benefit auditing and analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance Conduct 401K auditing and reconcile contribution data Lead on-cycle payroll auditing and error resolution Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy Support automation projects within payroll operations Perform tax auditing and reporting using ADP Smart Compliance Oversee W-2 preparation and year-end reconciliation We’re excited about you because... You have 8+ years of work experience. Payroll Certification Preferred but not required Experienced in processing payroll for 5,000+ employees Working knowledge of ADP, ADP Vantage, ADP Smart Compliance and Workday HRMS You have excellent technical payroll skills with detailed understanding of current federal and state compliance. You are highly skilled in MS Excel (pivot tables, Vlookup, etc.) and the ability to quickly manipulate and analyze large data sets and build reports. You possess a strong analytical mind and are comfortable juggling multiple tasks while meeting hard deadlines. You are highly organized and detail-oriented. You are excited about building and refining processes and controls and possess a good understanding of SOX requirements. You are a team player and can work independently. Compensation and Benefits This role will receive a competitive salary, benefits, and equity. The salary for US-based employees hired into this role will be aligned with the range below, which includes our three geographic areas. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, location, and performance.This position is eligible for new hire and ongoing grants of restricted stock units depending on employee and company performance.
