Job Summary: Stimson Lumber Company is seeking a part-time Recruiting Coordinator to support our Recruting operations. This role is responsible for screening applications and resumes, setting up interviews, communication between candidates and hiring managers, and related duties. The ideal candidate is good at following specific instructions, successfully evaluating self-reported strengths against desired skills, communicating effectively and timely, and handling sensitive employee information with confidentiality and professionalism. This job will be 15-20 hours per week. Qualifications & Skills: Education: High school diploma required. Experience: • Prior experience evaluating applicants required. • Prior experience needed in Outlook or similar scheduling software. • Prior experience with Paycom a plus. • Ability to communicate effectively.
