STI-CO Antenna Solutions has been a manufacturer of mobile two-way antenna products since 1967. STI-CO has been recognized as the leader and preferred source for these products specializing in developing, prototyping and manufacturing customized antennas and accessories that are not commercially available. We are looking for a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our team! *This position will start out as a 3 month contract position and may result in a permanent position* The Shipping & Receiving Clerk is responsible for accurately processing all incoming and outgoing materials, components, and finished goods. This role supports production, inventory control, and customer fulfillment by ensuring materials are handled, stored, documented, and shipped according to company procedures and AS9100 quality requirements. Key Responsibilities Shipping • Prepare, package, and label outbound shipments in accordance with customer requirements, carrier specifications, and company procedures. • Create packing lists, bills of lading, shipping labels, and export documentation as required. • Schedule pickups and coordinate with carriers to ensure on-time delivery. • Verify part numbers, quantities, and revision levels prior to shipment. • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the shipping area. Receiving • Receive all incoming materials, components, and equipment; verify part numbers, quantities, and condition of items. • Inspect goods for damage, discrepancies, or nonconformances and report issues immediately. • Accurately log receipts into the ERP system and distribute materials to appropriate departments or storage locations. • Ensure proper identification and handling of customer-supplied material. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Previous experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations, preferably in manufacturing. • Familiarity with AS9100 or other quality management systems is a plus. • Basic computer skills; experience with ERP or inventory software preferred. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. • Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
