As the Temporary help services Agency Manager Stexas agency LLC is an Startup, we're excited to welcome different backgrounds, qualifications and experiences. you will be the engine of our growth. You will divide your time between securing new client contracts and leading the recruitment team to fill roles quickly. You will be the primary liaison with our banking factoring partner, ensuring our accounts receivable are healthy and our payroll funding is seamless. Core Responsibilities • Revenue Growth (60%): You are the lead salesperson.You will hunt for new local business opportunities, negotiate bill rates that protect our margins, and sign new service agreements. Recruitment Management (30%): You will supervise our recruiting staff, setting daily goals for candidate calls and interviews. • You'll step in to help fill "critical" or "hard-to-fill" orders when necessary. Factoring & Cash Flow (10%): You will manage the relationship with our banking factoring provider. This includes submitting weekly billing reports to trigger funding, checking the creditworthiness of new clients before signing them, and assisting with collections if an invoice goes past due. • Local Branding: Represent the agency at local chamber of commerce events and networking groups to build a "top of mind" presence in the community. • Ideal Profile Experience: 3–5 years in staffing. You must have experience selling staffing services, not just recruiting. Financial Savvy: • You understand that a "sale" isn't a sale until the factoring company approves the client's credit and we get funded. Multitasker: • You are comfortable shifting from a sales pitch at 10 AM to a candidate crisis at 11 AM. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $1,000.00 per week Work Location: Remote
