You will support onboarding, HRIS data integrity, benefits coordination, and policy/compliance while driving recruiting for selected corporate/supply‑chain roles and leading early‑careers programs. The role provides a clear runway to HR Business Partner responsibilities through progressive exposure to ER and client‑group support Job Description Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition (40%) • Own full‑cycle recruiting: intake, sourcing (LinkedIn/Boolean), screening, structured interviews, offer creation/close, and ATS data integrity. • Build passive pipelines and talent communities; track sourcing yield to improve funnel health. • Partner with hiring managers to define success profiles and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. Early Careers / University Programs (20–25%) • Plan/execute campus calendar (target schools, events, interview days). • Manage intern/co‑op lifecycle and conversion metrics; partner with Marketing on early‑career brand. HR Generalist / People Operations (25–30%) • Coordinate onboarding/orientation; ensure HRIS data quality and compliant document handling. • Support benefits and compensation processes; produce routine people metrics (headcount, turnover). Employee Relations & Leaves (10–15%) • Serve as ER intake/triage; support investigations, corrective action, and manager coaching under HR leadership. • Assist with FMLA/ADA administration and ensure seamless employee experience. HRBP Path / Projects (as assigned) • Shadow client‑group routines and assist with performance cycles, change management, and workforce planning.
