Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Lot Porter to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and organization of the dealership lot, assisting with vehicle movement, and providing excellent guest services. This role offers an opportunity to develop a strong understanding of dealership operations and customer service in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or delivery driving is a plus, along with strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Bilingual abilities and dealership experience are highly valued. Responsibilities • Safely move and park vehicles within parking areas, ensuring proper placement and organization • Assist with vehicle deliveries, test drives, and customer vehicle needs • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the dealership lot, including washing and detailing vehicles as needed • Provide excellent guest services by greeting customers and addressing their inquiries courteously • Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure smooth operations • Support dealership staff with various tasks such as light maintenance assistance Experience • Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or retail is preferred • Driving experience, automatic/ manual transmission vehicles or as a delivery driver, is advantageous • Dealership or automotive industry experience is a plus but not required • Bilingual skills are beneficial for serving diverse customer bases • Strong communication skills and working with management • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is necessary for vehicle movement duties This position offers an engaging work environment where teamwork, excellent customer service, and attention to detail are essential.
