This advanced operations role serves as a subject-matter resource for account administration, custodian workflows, money movement, and CRM data quality while helping deliver a smooth, accurate, service-centered experience for high-net-worth clients. What Youll Do Serve as a primary point of contact across Fidelity Wealthscape and Schwab Advisor Center Prepare, process, and track new accounts, transfers, beneficiary updates, and account changes Maintain accurate client and custodian records across CRM, custody platforms, and eMoney Initiate journals, EFTs, wires, check requests, deposits, charitable gifts, and estimated tax payments Monitor cash activity and coordinate with advisors for client information and follow-up Ensure all transactions meet timing, documentation, and compliance requirements Respond to client inquiries with timely, professional communication via email, phone, and portal support Track and complete follow-up tasks for outstanding items Support advisor meeting cycles with document preparation, record updates, and follow-through Conduct CRM data audits, resolve discrepancies, and update eMoney and custody tracking documents Support the Tax Team during the tax cycle, including organizer routing, e-file tracking, and mailing of returns Assist Planning and Operations with documentation and workflow needs Act as a training resource for CSAsmodeling best practices and supporting development Identify workflow issues, troubleshoot system challenges, and recommend process improvements What You Bring Minimum 3+ years of experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or financial services (required) Associates degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field required (or higher) Proficiency with AdvisorEngine/Junxure, eMoney, Fidelity Wealthscape, and Schwab Advisor Center Experience with Soraban, Lacerte, and DocuSign (preferred) Strong attention to detail when handling financial and tax-related information Excellent client service and communication skills Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability Ability to train and mentor junior team members Highly organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities High discretion with sensitive financial information Collaborative mindset and willingness to support cross-department workflows Compensation & Schedule We offer a competitive base salary, an annual bonus, and a comprehensive suite of benefits.
