The Financial Analyst supports the organization by analyzing financial and operational data related to production, inventory, and costs. The role helps management improve profitability, optimize manufacturing processes, and support strategic decision-making through accurate financial analysis and reporting. Key Responsibilities: • Collect, clean, and validate financial data from multiple sources • Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis • Analyze trends, variances, and key metrics to provide actionable insights • Prepare regular financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management • Collaborate with departments across the organization to understand financial needs and develop analytical solutions • Assist in month-end and year-end financial close processes • Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting Education & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science, or related field (Master’s preferred) • 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, data analysis, or a related role Skills: • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling • Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Python • Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills • Ability to communicate complex data findings clearly and concisely • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
