Over 10 years of executive administrative experience with strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills but no direct marketing program management or technical marketing experience.
Salary: $80,000 to $120,000 per year Sterlitech is seeking a Marketing Program Manager to transform how marketing work is planned, prioritized, and executed across four product categories. This role will fill a critical organizational gap by creating and managing integrated marketing programs that connect business goals to clear execution plans and measurable results. You will turn high-level ideas from senior leadership into structured program briefs, coordinate cross-functional plans, and analyze results for optimization. Youll ensure the marketing team works from aligned objectives instead of long tactical lists, and that every program ties back to the business results defined in the annual strategy plan. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can both architect programs and dig into execution details across ecommerce, product marketing, and digital demand generation. Within the EOS framework, you will guide the marketing team, run weekly L10 meetings around your program reviews, set and track Rocks, report progress to leadership, and accelerate growth by focusing on what truly moves the needle. Primary Responsibilities: Program Management & Business Alignment • Establish quarterly program priorities across four product categories and ensure alignment with revenue, repeat-purchase, and awareness goals. • Translate business objectives into sequenced program timelines, capacity plans, and cross-functional workstreams. • Own creation of standardized program briefs capturing goals, target audience, KPIs, and deliverables. • Evaluate proposed initiatives using defined criteria (revenue potential, customer impact, readiness). Integrated Marketing & Program Execution: • Assign ownership within the team and ensure timelines, dependencies, and capacity are clear. • Ensure consistent use of Asana for timelines, assets, pre-launch quality checks, and communication. • Build integrated program plans that connect digital, ecommerce, product marketing, content, and customer experience components. Measurement, Reporting & Optimization: • Own program-level KPIs, dashboards, and reporting that connect activities back to category business goals. • Consolidate reporting from team members and vendors (SEO, ads, ecommerce) into monthly, insight-driven program reviews (part of L10 meeting cadence). • Lead monthly and quarterly program reviews with leadership, highlighting wins, losses, optimization opportunities, and recommendations. • Provide recommendations for optimization and ensure decisions are data-informed. Team Leadership & Operational Excellence: • Coordinate execution across marketing team to ensure efficient workload distribution across four product categories. • Ensure usage of repeatable processes, templates, and calendars that reduce noise and increase clarity for the team. • Coach team members to think in programs, not isolated tactics, and strengthen analytical and planning skills. • Lead post-program reviews to document lessons learned and drive continuous improvement across programs. Qualifications and Skills: Required: • This role can be structured as full-time or part-time, with hours to be determined based on candidate availability and business needs. • 7+ years in technical B2B marketing with direct experience leading integrated programs, not just individual tactics. • Analytical thinker who can interpret category-level KPIs and connect activities to business outcomes. • Strong program management skills with a proven ability to organize complex cross-functional initiatives. • Hands-on experience with ecommerce, digital advertising, CRM, and content workflows. • Experience leading or influencing agencies and cross-functional teams. • Familiarity with using project management tools (Asana). CRM (NetSuite or similar), and marketing platforms (Google Ads, Klaviyo, Magento or similar). • Clear communicator with the ability to translate strategy into actionable steps. Preferred: • Experience marketing products and services to a scientific audience. • Understanding of product/SKU management, and application-specific marketing. • Experience working across multiple product categories with different GTM needs. What Success Looks Like: • Marketing programs ladder clearly to category revenue or margin goals. • Quarterly prioritization ensures the team focuses on the highest-impact initiatives. • Execution becomes more predictable, coordinated, and efficient. • Program dashboards and insights drive monthly leadership discussions. • Program reviews replace long tactic checklists. • The marketing team becomes more strategic, more aligned, and better able to demonstrate impact.
