Position Title: Litigation Associate Posting Jurisdictions: USA - Remote Compensation: TBC based on experience and location The Firm: Sterlington is a full-service law firm that combines legal and commercial excellence with modern ways of practicing. The Role: Due to continued growth across our partner group, we are seeking a 2022/2023 Litigation Associate to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated disputes with a focus on business litigation, shareholder disputes, and executive compensation matters. The successful candidate will work alongside high-profile partners whilst taking on meaningful responsibility in complex litigation matters. We are flexible on location in the US as we offer remote working. Key Responsibilities: Supporting active discovery processes Drafting responses to document requests Preparing depositions and drafting motions Research projects Assisting with document review processes Requirements: JD from an ABA-accredited law school 2+ years of solid litigation experience post law school Experience at a structured litigation team (mid-tier or larger law firm background) Exceptional writing skills Ability to work independently whilst being comfortable with hands-on work Strong interest in business disputes and commercial litigation Sterlington uses E-Verify to confirm employees’ work authorization.
