What You’ll Do: • Lead and manage complex IT projects from start to finish, aligning technology with business goals. • Act as both Project Manager and Business Analyst, analyzing needs, defining solutions, and driving execution. • Play a key role in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) — supporting due diligence, integration, and seamless technology transitions. • Collaborate with executives, stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams to ensure clear communication and successful outcomes. • Use Agile methodologies to manage deliverables, budgets, and timelines while removing roadblocks. What We’re Looking For: • Extensive IT M&A experience (due diligence + integration). • Proven success managing enterprise-level projects through the full lifecycle. • Strong business analysis skills with the ability to bridge technical and business needs. • Task-oriented, detail-focused, and highly organized. • Excellent communicator—able to influence, collaborate, and present to senior leadership. • Experience with PM tools like MS Project, Visio, and Excel.
